These terms apply to use of cptclean.co.za and to quotes provided by CPT Clean.

Quotes

Quotes are free and based on the information you provide. If the job differs materially from what was described (size, condition or scope), we will confirm any change with you before work continues.

Bookings and access

You agree to provide safe access to the property at the agreed time, and to tell us about pets, alarms, fragile items and surfaces needing special care.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged as stated in your quote.

Our work

We clean to the agreed written scope. If something has been missed, tell us within 24 hours and we will look into it.

Liability

We carry public liability insurance. Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for items that were not secured.
