How do I get a quote?
Fill in the quote form or send a WhatsApp to +27 83 265 5884. Tell us the service, the property and the area. We reply with a fixed quote, and we may ask for photos or a short video for larger jobs.
Are your cleaners insured and vetted?
Yes. Our work is covered by public liability insurance, and every cleaner is background- and reference-checked before joining the team.
What products do you use?
Eco-friendly, biodegradable and non-toxic products as standard. If you prefer a specific product for a surface, leave it out and we will use it.
Do you clean homes and businesses?
Yes. CPT Clean does residential cleaning, Airbnb and short-let turnovers, and office and commercial contract cleaning, plus window, post-construction, carpet and solar panel cleaning.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many clients arrange key, gate-code or estate access. We confirm the access plan with you when we confirm the booking.
How do you price cleaning?
Every job is quoted. Price depends on the service, the size and condition of the property, frequency and location. Quotes are free and fixed — no hourly surprises.
Do you do once-off cleans?
Yes. Deep cleans, move-in and move-out cleans, post-construction cleans and once-off window, carpet or solar cleans are all available without a contract.
How often should I book a home clean?
Most households choose weekly or fortnightly. Weekly suits families, pets and larger homes; fortnightly suits smaller homes and couples. Monthly works best as a top-up between your own cleaning.
How is a deep clean different from a regular clean?
A regular clean maintains surfaces you use every day. A deep clean goes inside appliances and cupboards, works on grout and build-up, and covers skirtings, frames and fittings. It takes several times longer.
When should I book a move-out clean?
After your furniture is out and before the final inspection. Book early for end-of-month and November–December dates in Cape Town and Stellenbosch, when demand peaks.
Can you clean between same-day check-out and check-in?
Yes. Same-day turnovers are the core of this service. Send us your booking calendar and we schedule around it.
Do you clean after hours?
Yes. Most office contracts run early morning or after close so your team never works around cleaners.
How often should windows be cleaned in Cape Town?
Inland homes typically every two to three months. Coastal homes facing the sea often need monthly cleaning because salt spray dulls glass quickly.
When should the builders' clean happen?
After all trades are finished and before furniture goes in. A rough clean during the build and a final clean at handover gives the best result on larger projects.
How long does carpet take to dry?
Usually a few hours, depending on ventilation and the weather. Cape Town summers help; winter cleans need good airflow.
How often should solar panels be cleaned in Cape Town?
Two to four times a year suits most homes. Coastal systems and homes near roads, farms or construction often need more, especially through the dry summer.
