When should I book a move-out clean?
After your furniture is out and before the final inspection. Book early for end-of-month and November–December dates in Cape Town and Stellenbosch, when demand peaks.
Does a move-out clean guarantee my deposit back?
No cleaner can guarantee a deposit decision; that is between you and your landlord. What we do is clean to the inspection standard so cleanliness is not a reason for a deduction.
Can you clean before I move in?
Yes. A pre-occupation clean is the same empty-home deep clean, done before your boxes arrive.
